In addition to thousands of "loves," the Hudson Sling Bag has earned a 4.3-star rating from more than 150 customer reviews.
Although small, shoppers have found that it's large enough to hold all of your daily essentials.
"I waffled about buying this but wound up receiving it for my birthday, wrote one reviewer. "Fits exactly what I need: cell phone, wallet, sunglasses, lip balm, keys, and whatever else I may need like a mask, small pill container, gum. I don't have to dig around to find things, it's lightweight, and fits comfortably."
"This is my second sling bag. They’re perfect because they’re more casual than a crossbody but more secure than a tote. FP quality is great as usual, may actually order in more colours," said another shopper.
Shoppers have called the bag "convenient and cute" — although it does have some drawbacks. Since the bag is made entirely out of suede, it is prone to scuffs and marks if you don't treat it with a suede protectant before use.
Others noted that the zippers are delicate and can separate from the bag with too much force, which left one shopper to write that they "expected more for the price!"
Since the Hudson Sling Bag has become a favourite among Free People shoppers, it's already begun selling out online. Fans have called it the "perfect size sling bag," with room for all of your everyday must-haves.
Others were less impressed by this bag, since its $100 CAD/$78 USD price tag is on the higher side. For those who are looking for an on-trend bag for spring the Hudson Sling Bag may be a good choice, but it may not be worth the investment if you're on the hunt for a new everyday bag.
